Summit Registration

The 2024 Wine & Beverage Summit is sold out.  We hope you can join us next year, please save the dates for May 5-6, 2025.  Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when registration opens.

Industry Professionals (*see registration eligibility below):

Early Bird Registration Fee (October 18, 2023 - January 31, 2024):  $395

General Registration Fee (February 1- April 30, 2024): $495

CIA Alumni Registration Rate:  $395

To obtain the alumni rate, include your graduation year and special discount code in the registration system. The code will be included in an alumni e-mail message.

*Examples of eligible industry professional attendees include: junior managers, buyers or leads with 2-3 years of experience in beverage marketing and/or working at a distributor, winery or restaurant as a sommelier.

Individuals who work for manufacturers are invited to request information on how their organization can become a summit sponsor by contacting Patti Coleman.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations on or before April 1, 2024: Receive your registration fee refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made between April 2 and April 15, 2024: Receive a 50% refund on your registration fee.

  • Cancellations made on or after April 16, 2023: No refunds or substitutions available*

    *Unfortunately, there are no refunds or substitutions possible within 20 or fewer days (on or after April 16, 2024) before the start date of the conference. This is due to the complex nature and planning for your participation in the summit sessions, breakouts, meals and activities that must take place in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Cancellation policies are "for any and all reasons”.
