Register now for the 2025 Wine & Beverage Summit May 5-6, 2025!  

Industry Professionals (*see registration eligibility below):

Early Bird Registration Fee (September 27 - December 16, 2024):  $450

Advance Registration Fee (December 17, 2024 - January 31, 2025): $550

General Registration Fee (February 1- April 30, 2025): $650

CIA Alumni Registration Rate:  $395

We highly encourage attendance at all summit sessions and events to gain the most insights from the program.

*Examples of eligible industry professional attendees include: junior managers, buyers or leads with 2-3 years of beverage industry experience, for example working at a distributor, winery or restaurant as a sommelier or who are in beverage marketing.

Members of the media should contact Amanda Secor at for information about media coverage and potential credentials.

Individuals who work for beverage companies or portfolios are invited to request information on how their organization can become a summit sponsor by contacting Rachel Hoover.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations on or before April 1, 2025: Receive your registration fee refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made between April 2 and April 15, 2025: Receive a 50% refund on your registration fee.

  • Cancellations made on or after April 16, 2025: No refunds or substitutions available*

    *Unfortunately, there are no refunds or substitutions possible within 20 or fewer days (on or after April 16, 2025) before the start date of the conference. This is due to the complex nature and planning for your participation in the summit sessions, breakouts, meals and activities that must take place in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Cancellation policies are "for any and all reasons”.

TRANSFER POLICY

Your registration may be transferred to a colleague within the same registration category for a $100 administrative transfer fee.  Transfers outside of this policy will not be permitted.
