Oniyx Acosta (they, them) is a non-binary identifying and first generation Dominican-American. They have held roles in the hospitality industry from coffee and culinary to community building and restaurant openings. They are currently a Sommelier at acclaimed restaurant, Bridges, in New York City. Oniyx is also the founder of Co-Fermented, an organization dedicated to the representation of LGBTQIA+ folks across the beverage industry. (New York, NY)
