Megan Schmidt has been in the wine and spirits industry for over 15 years. She began her career with Southern Wine and Spirits as a Key Account Specialist calling on fine dining accounts in San Francisco. In 2015, she transitioned to the supplier side of the beverage business as a Field Sales Manager in Northern CA for Constellation Brands. Within seven years, Schmidt was consistently promoted which resulted in running  multiple channels as well as on and off premise sales teams. In her final position within the company as Director of Sales, she built and ran the CA fine wine and craft spirits division which included iconic brands such as Robert Mondavi and High West Whiskey. In 2023, Schmidt joined Breakthru Beverage as their Director of Sales for Northern CA where she leads the on-premise division, including all on-premise accounts from Bakersfield to the Oregon border and encompasses a 70-person sales team.
