Luisa Beck, a native of wine country, lived in Santa Rosa before relocating to the Pacific Northwest, where she graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. During her time at university, she also competed as a dual-sport athlete. After returning to Sonoma County, Luisa chose to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition and Business Development, discovering a genuine passion for the field. She further honed her expertise by earning a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sonoma State University, which deepened her enthusiasm for the profession. In her current role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Jackson Family Wines, Luisa is also an active member of JFW’s IDEA Alliance, an employee-led group focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Career Technical Education Foundation and is a Concilio Member for Latino Service Providers, an organization dedicated to supporting mental health and community resources in Sonoma County. Outside of work, Luisa enjoys reading, wine tasting with friends, and spending quality time with her 8-month-old daughter and her husband. (Santa Rosa, CA)
