Emily Wines, MS is vice president of wine experience at Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant and immediate past chair of the Court of Master Sommeliers. Wines brings an infectious vibrancy to the subject of wine. Having earned the highest distinction from the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers, she is an internationally qualified sommelier, and one of only 168 individuals in the Americas to earn the designation of Master Sommelier. She is currently building a unique certification and education program around the Business of the Sommelier for the Court of Master Sommeliers, to be announced in 2024. As Vice President of Wine & Beverage at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Emily’s responsibilities include directing programming of a robust in-house wine program and creation of unique wines of the month and other limited offerings. She is focused on advancing team members’ knowledge of wine, liaising and engaging restaurant guests and the brand’s 650,000+ Wine Club members.
