Amy Racine is the award-winning Beverage Director and Partner of JF Restaurants, the hospitality group led by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. Overseeing over a dozen beverage programs across the country, Amy’s expertise shines in concepts like La Marchande in New York’s Financial District, the modern chophouse Vermilion Club in Boston (where she’s crafted a 70-cocktail menu), and the Michelin-starred Lilac at Tampa EDITION. Her innovative approach has earned her Wine Enthusiast’s 2024 Beverage Director of the Year and Esquire’s Beverage Director of the Year in 2021. She attended the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park), earning a Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts, followed by the Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program at CIA Greystone in Napa Valley, where she became immersed in winemaking culture. In 2011, Amy became Wine Director of AMANGIRI resort in Utah before moving to San Francisco as Beverage Director for Michelin-starred Sons & Daughters. At just 24, she passed Level 3 (Advanced Sommelier) of The Court of Master Sommeliers, becoming one of the youngest women to achieve this milestone. (New York, NY)
